How can I contact customer service?

- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Holiday Notice
What is the period of your Holiday Notice?
- From 31st October to 24th November.
If I placed my order before or on the 30th October, when will it be fulfilled and shipped?
- All orders placed before or on the 30th October will be fulfilled and shipped before 31st October.
I placed my order on or after 31st October, when will it be fulfilled and shipped?
- All order placed on or after 31st October will be fulfilled on 25th November, with free upgraded express shipping.
I changed my mind about my order; can I still cancel or change it?
- Yes you can! Just send us an email, and we'll take care of it.
Is Customer Service still operating during the Holiday Notice period?
- Absolutely!
Shipping and Delivery
I didn't receive my order confirmation email.
- Please check your Spam or Junk folder; sometimes our emails get filtered there.
I didn't receive my shipping tracking number.
- All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days (unless otherwise stated). Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping tracking number will be sent to you. If it has been 2 business days and you haven't received a tracking number, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
