Refunds:
We offer refunds only for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, you may be required to provide proof of purchase and details of the issue with the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Breakage of string during tensioning are not refundable. If you have reasonable believe that the string was defective before restringing, please send us an email via hello@thetennisstore.com.au. We will assess on a case by case basis.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunded amount.
No Returns for Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind. We encourage our customers to choose their items carefully and review product details and specifications before making a purchase.Β Take advantage of the detailed product descriptions, specifications, and customer reviews available on our website to ensure the items you select meet your expectations and requirements.
Exchanges:
We allow for exchanges in the case of defective product. We do not allow for exchanges due to change of mind. In certain circumstances, we allow exchanges provided the item has not been used and is in it's original packaging.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return shipping:
In the case of return, the customer bears the responsibility of return shipping costs.
