Thank you for shopping at The Tennis Store. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, including efficient shipping and delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided based on the shipping method selected during checkout.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
- Domestic Shipping (Australia): We offer shipping within Australia. Delivery times typically range from 3 - 9 business days depending on the destination.

- Shipping Restrictions: Some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or other logistical considerations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page if applicable.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: The Tennis Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In the case of lost shipment, we will endeavour to start the standard claim process with Australia Post. - Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Tennis Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
